For those who wish to volunteer, BUT did not attend Orientation Day, you can still apply. However, the decision is upon the Executives, the worker, and the coordinator.

Are you currently in Montreal?
Want to desperately volunteer?
Want to meet new people?
Have little to no experience speaking in French but know (mostly) English, OR Cantonese, OR Mandarin, OR Vietnamese?

If you've checked most/all, then this is for you!

P.s: You don't have to be Asian to volunteer ;)

Public service announcement

Volunteering days for SUMMER 2024 are: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and/OR Wednesday, and at 10:30 AM-12/12:30 PM (Morning), 1:30 PM-5:30 PM (Afternoon), OR 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM EST (Evening). More information to come on Orientation Day.

MCGILL STUDENTS: Every member must pay 10$ volunteering membership fee via E-TRANSFER!

Steps on how to volunteer

1) In the Google Drive links, download ALL a copy of the official volunteering forms

Make sure to rename the file as stated on the document, and then fill out the forms with your personal information.

Please use the provided templates and complete them digitally!
ONLY DIGITAL forms will be accepted!

Volunteer Form (It's in FRENCH, for ENGLISH please ask someone to translate it)
COVID-19 Consent Form
Volunteer Recommendation Letter from CIUSS Template (Must be a teacher, professor, manager, boss. No friends or family members. Also, please use the recommendation form template!)
Criminal Record Checkup Consent Form
MCGILL ONLY - MCH x MUSHVC Declaration Oath & Consent Form For MUSHVC Members, you must fill out the "MCH Declaration Oath & Consent" Form!

2) Once you've completed the forms, take a picture of both (1, 2 + booster shot) vaccine shots slip and attach it to your email.

We accept .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .PDF, .Doc, and .Docx formats (No Pages or .ZIP format).

4) Please PRINT ALL your forms and bring them to Orientation Day!

**For CEGEPs : Orientation Day is on SUNDAY, SEPT 15, 2024, at 11:00 AM
For UNIVERSITIEs: Orientation Day is on SUNDAY, SEPT 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM
(if you are a late applicant, [you must attend the last Orientation Day! PLEASE CONTACT AN EXEC IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE ORIENTATION DAY(S) ASAP !!]

NOTE: Recommendation letters are due a week after. Please get it done ASAP!

LOCATION: MCH, 189 Avenue Viger E, Montréal, QC H2X 3Y9, on the first floor, or wait in the main lobby for an experienced volunteer to guide you.
